Co-Founder & CEO

Before co-founding ScaleWise in 2020, I spent ~20 years in B2B tech sales, a decade of which was in senior leadership roles within VC-backed SaaS scale-ups (Trussle, Goodlord & Brightpearl). I also founded and still lead the UK chapter of Pavilion, which is now the largest community of GTM leaders with over 10,000 members globally.

Co-Founder & Chief Growth Advisor

Before ScaleWise I spent 17 years in B2B tech, scaling GTM teams (Market Finance, QAS, Experian). As a qualified professional coach, I ran my own coaching & fractional business working with several Seed to Series B tech startups, and I was a founding member of the UK Chapter of Pavilion.

Karen Glason

Co-Founder & Operations Director

As Co-Founder and Director of Operations & Enablement at ScaleWise, I focus on developing processes and communication to ensure all elements of the organisation align with our strategic objectives. Before co-founding ScaleWise, I spent over 15 years in HR, specialising in recruitment, assessments, and leadership development across a diverse range of organisations. Additionally, I played a key role in establishing and expanding the London Chapter of Pavilion, now boasting over 1,000 UK members, where I focused on back-office operations and event management.

Munya Hoto

Chief Strategy Officer & Scale Expert

I am a fractional/interim CMO and demand generation specialist across sectors such as cybersecurity, infrastructure, AI, insurance, legal, media, and property. Before joining ScaleWise, I served as CMO at CybSafe (70 staff, £8M ARR), leading it through a Series B raise of £28M. Prior to that, I held senior roles at RealForce and Foundry, helping scale companies through key growth stages. I also developed demand generation courses for Sales Impact Academy and am a founding executive member of Pavilion.

Director & Operations Lead

I began my career in Post Production, where I spent over a decade honing my skills and progressing from a runner to Senior Producer. After taking a break to start a family, I dedicated six years to organising and creating impactful workshops. This diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective on effective communication and collaboration. Now, as the Operations Lead at ScaleWise, I am highly organised and detail-focused, ensuring the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

During my career, I’ve worked across the tech sector in FTSE-listed businesses, start-ups and scale-ups, including Enterprise Sales Manager (Experian), Global Sales Director (NCC Group) and interim CRO (Arctic Shores, Revive Management, Learnerbly). I provide advisory support at ScaleWise as well as coaching and Interim & Fractional support to ScaleWise clients.
